Jiang Long, Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, is currently a researcher of the "Hundred Talents Program" of Zhejiang University. In 2015, he graduated from the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, majoring in Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, and obtained a Ph.D. From 2015 to 2020, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow, Research Associate, assistant professor and lecturer in Shanghai Jiaotong University, Newcastle University, Durham University, and Aberdeen University. Mainly engaged in basic science and applied technology research in the fields of high-efficiency heat storage and cold storage technology, carbon capture and resource utilization technology, high-efficiency food drying technology, and waste heat power generation technology. Authorized 7 Chinese invention patents.

江龙，博士，博导，现任浙江大学“Hundred Talents Program”研究员。2015年毕业于上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院制冷及低温工程专业，获得博士学位。2015年至2020年，分别在上海交通大学、英国纽卡斯尔大学、英国杜伦大学、英国阿伯丁大学担任博士后，Research Associate, 助理教授与讲师等科研与教学职位。主要从事高效储热蓄冷技术、碳捕捉与资源化利用技术、高效食品干燥技术、余热发电技术等方向的基础科学和应用技术研究，先后发表SCI论文60余篇 (一作/通讯>45)，获授权中国发明专利7项。
