Yiwei Qiu was born in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China in 1991. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, respectively, in 2013 and 2018. He is an Associate Researcher at the College of Electrical Engineering, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, from 2018 to 2021. He was a UM Macao Talent Program Funded Post-Doctoral Fellow at the State Key Laboratory of IoT for Smart City, University of Macau from 2020 to 2021, Macau, China, and a Visiting Research Associate at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Southern Methodist University, TX, USA, from 2017 to 2018. He has published more than 50 SCI/EI indexed papers, including more than 10 papers in IEEE journals, and received the Best Papers Award at IEEE Power & Energy Society General Meeting and the First Prize of Excellent Papers in the Electric Power Annual Conference of Chinese Universities. He has presided over projects of the NSFC, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, etc. His research interests include power system dynamics, uncertainty quantification and control, and hydrogen energy systems. He is a member of the Electrochemical Special Committee in the Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering. He was selected into the 8th "Youth Talent Lifting Project" of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering.

邱一苇，博士，副研究员，博士生导师，四川大学校“双百人才计划”引进人才。从事电氢转换技术、电氢耦合系统、电力系统不确定性等方面的研究工作。曾在清华大学电机系从事博士后研究工作，并在澳门大学智慧城市能源物联网国家重点实验室担任博士后。发表SCI/EI检索论文50余篇，其中IEEE会刊10余篇，获IEEE Power & Energy Society General Meeting最佳论文奖，全国高校电力年会优秀论文一等奖。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等。任四川省电机工程学会电力化学专委会委员。入选中国电机工程学会第八届“青年人才托举工程”、四川省天府峨眉计划。
